After the Open watercourse, you are surely interested in getting new adventures. The PADI Advanced Diving Course is the next step after open water. It is designed to improve your underwater skills, and it offers a multiplicity of courses for scuba divers to continue your diving career.
This program, we call it an experience program, gives you experiences in special diving areas like wreck diving, deep diving, fish identification, and more under the direct supervision of a PADI Divemaster or PADI Instructor.
Within the “Adventures in Diving Program” you can choose between 3 different kinds of courses:
Three elective adventure dives of the Adventure Program, all dives can be credited to the Advanced Open Water course or towards the corresponding specialty course.
- PADI Advanced Open Water Diver
Three elective dives out of the Adventure Diver Program plus a deep and navigation dive and you are a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. All dives can be credited to the corresponding specialty course.
- PADI Specialty Diver Courses
Each adventure dive is the first dive of the corresponding PADI specialty course and can be credited There is a huge variety of specialty courses available:
- Night diver.
- U/W navigator.
- Wreck diver.
- Deep diver.
- U/W photographer.
- Drift diver.
- U/W naturalist.
- Boat diver.
- Multi-level diver.
- Peak performance buoyancy.
