• Kindly bring a valid ID to issue the permits before entry.
• Please note that you can bring your food, and the chef will prepare it.
• Please consider that alcohol of any kind and shisha are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in trip cancellation without any refund.
• Kindly note that to add any other activities like fishing rods or the banana boat, you can request them, and they will be delivered to the yacht. You can agree on the price directly.
• Kindly note prices do not apply during official holidays or public celebrations.

How to receive your booking?

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your email within 5 minutes via a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can access your booking in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.

• If you encounter any issues during the booking, please contact us via WhatsApp so we can better assist you.
• This activity is performed with the client's consent; Ootlah is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the activity.

• Full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours before the booking date.
• 50% refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the booking date.
• Rescheduling is allowed after confirming availability.
