• You will receive the ticket from 5 to 10 minutes from the time of confirming booking.
• Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Please present and show your mobile ticket at the standard entrance (queue A).
• Please note that the time mentioned and printed on your ticket is the time to join the line and enter.
• And finally, you will be able to enter the venue directly with your voucher.

• Weekends: from 10 AM to 4:30 PM.

• The adult ticket rate is for people from 16 years old and above.
• Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.
• Free entry is available for infants at the age of 2 and under, and their parents have to book a ticket.
• In the case of disabled guests, they have to book a ticket, but their carer can enter for free.
• The attraction is suitable for people with wheelchairs, but you have to know that each capsule can welcome two wheelchairs only, and all capsules of London Eye can hold 8 wheelchairs per round.
• Each capsule includes a bench, but seating on it requires arriving early; there is no guarantee.
• You have to know that the London Eye will be closed from 6th to 19th January 2025 for the annual maintenance, but these dates may change.

How To Get There?

• By metro: Take the train to Waterloo Station, follow the exit sign of South Bank, and then walk directly to the London Eye.

• Your ticket will be valid on the specified date and time you have booked only. 
• In case of any problems during booking, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp so we can help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any loss or injury.

• You'll be able to get a full refund if you cancel your ticket at least 24 hours before the activity time. 
• You can reschedule your ticket if possible until 24 hours before your visit.
• If you want to change your booking details, please cancel your original booking and make a new one.
