Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your tickets will take around 5 to 10 minutes max and will be sent to you via a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Once your voucher is activated or redeemed, your ticket will be valid for the chosen hours you already paid for (24/48/72).
• Present your mobile ticket at any of the Toot Bus bus stops.

Yellow route

• From Monday to Sunday, from 08:30 AM to 07:00 PM.

Blue route

• From Monday to Sunday, from 08:30 AM to 06:20 PM.

Green route

• From Monday to Thursday, from 08:35 AM to 05:30 PM.
• From Monday to Thursday, from 08:35 AM to 07:00 (from 29 March to 14 April).
• From Friday to Sunday, from 08:35 AM to 07:00 PM.

• Please note that all infants and children must be included in the total passenger count.
• Keep in mind that children aged 0 to 4 can join for free (up to two per adult), but they must sit on an adult’s lap.
• Please be informed that children aged 0 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
• For information, passengers aged 16 or over are charged the adult ticket price.
• Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted on the bus.

• Please know that the yellow and blue route frequencies are 15-20 minutes and 30 minutes for the green route (the time stated refers to the first and last bus departure time).
• You are advised to download the Tootbus App for real-time bus status updates.

• The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time for 24, 48, or 72 hours, allowing unlimited access to transport between all three routes in London.
