90-Minute Ticket to Up at the O2 Experience in London

• Please note that the minimum age allowed to participate in this experience is 8 years old.
• Please be aware that the maximum weight allowed to participate in this experience is 130 kilograms.
• Participants in this experience must not exceed a waist measurement of 125 cm and an upper thigh measurement of 75 cm.
• The height of participants in this activity must not be less than 120 cm.
• Please take the weather conditions into consideration and wear appropriate clothing.
• Please be informed that participants will be required to wear shoes provided by the operator, so wearing socks is necessary.
• Please note that this experience is not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart conditions, and persons with special needs.
• Please be aware that climbers under the influence of alcohol or legal/illegal substances will not be allowed to participate in this experience, and no refunds will be issued in this case.
• Please be informed that this experience is not accessible by wheelchairs.
• Access is required 15 minutes before the climbing appointment, as latecomers will not be able to participate in the experience.
• Please note that a child ticket is purchased for children between the ages of 8 and 17 years old.
• An adult ticket is purchased for individuals between the ages of 18 and 99 years old.
• Children aged 8 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
• An adult can accompany up to 5 children.
• Please note that a group can consist of up to 18 individuals with one guide, and larger groups of up to 30 individuals will climb with 2 guides.
• Large bags and luggage are not allowed.
• Please be aware that the storage boxes and bags on-site are small.
• Personal bags and belongings are not allowed during climbing. You can only bring your phone, but it will not be used during climbing. It will be placed in your climbing jacket pocket and used when ascending to the top.

• Clothes suitable for the day’s weather conditions.

• Gloves and hats (in winter).

How to get there? 

• By bus: Take the bus No. 108, 129, 132, 161, 188, 422, 472 or 486 to the North Greenwich Station bus stop and walk for 6 minutes.
• By car: You can park your car at The O2's car parks 2, 3, and 4.
  All car parks have payment machines that accept cash or cards, and there’s no need to book a space before you arrive.
• By metro: Take the London Underground Jubilee line to North Greenwich Station, and walk for 6 minutes.
• By river bus: Head to The O2 by Uber boat with Thames clippers to North Greenwich pier and walk for 8 minutes.
  Boats run every 20 minutes from morning to late evening.

Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your tickets will be sent to your mail within 5 minutes in the form of a QR-Code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Show your mobile ticket at the entrance.

• You have to arrive 15 minutes prior to the climbing appointment, as latecomers will not be able to participate in the experience.
• It’s better to contact us via Whatsapp if you face any problems to help you better.
• Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity. You are fully responsible for yourself in the activity.

• For a full refund, you have to cancel 72 hours prior to the visit date.
• The operator has the right to cancel the activity in case of unexpected events or bad weather, in which case you can reschedule the activity date or get a full refund.
