• Children under the age of 8 are not allowed to participate in this activity.
• Please note that children between the ages of 8 and 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Participants in this experience must be at least 1.2 meters tall.
• The weight of participants in this experience must not exceed 130 kilograms, 21 stone, or 286 pounds.
• Pregnant women are strictly prohibited from participating in this experience.
• 1 adult can accompany up to 2 children aged 8 to 17.
• 1 adult can accompany up to 4 children aged 12 to 17.
• 1 adult can accompany up to 5 children aged 15 to 17.
• Please bring a pair of socks with you for this activity.
• Please note that free lockers are available at the Dear SkyWalk Base Camp.
• This experience is not recommended for participants with back problems, heart issues, or serious medical conditions.
• Please note that participants should have an average level of fitness.
• Please note that if you use oxygen tubes, you will not be able to climb.
• Please note that you will not be able to climb if you are wearing medical walking shoes to support a foot injury.
• Please note that the ticket is valid for use only on the specified date (and time if mentioned).

• Make sure to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time to check in, prepare, and use the complimentary small lockers.

Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your tickets will be sent to your mail within 5 minutes in the form of a QR-Code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Present your mobile ticket. 

• It’s better to contact us via Whatsapp if you face any problems to help you better.
• Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity. You are fully responsible for yourself in the activity.
