How to get there? 

• By train: Going to Alton Resorts is very easy from popular train stations. The closest 3 stations to the venue are Stoke-on-Trent, Uttoxeter, and Derby.
• By car: Alton Towers Resort is between the M1 and the M6. If you’re driving to any of the Resort’s attractions, please use the postcode ST10 4DB. Please follow the signs for the last bit of your journey, as your Sat Nav will attempt to take you down a local farm track especially if you’re coming down the B5417. Please drive with care when you’re in the area, as there are many walkers, cyclists and horse riders, and the roads can be very narrow.

Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your tickets will be sent to your mail within 5 minutes in the form of a QR-Code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Enter the venue directly with your ticket. 

• It’s better to contact us via Whatsapp if you face any problems to help you better.
• Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity. You are fully responsible for yourself in the activity.

• To get a full refund you have to cancel 24 hours prior to the booking date. 
• Damaged, lost, and stolen tickets can’t be refunded. 
• You won’t be able to refund the redeemed vouchers.
