• By train: Take the Jubilee Line to the London Bridge Underground Station. The London Bridge Experience is located next to it.

 Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your ticket will be sent to your mail within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Present your booking to exchange it with a physical ticket.
• Present your printed ticket.
• Kindly note that tickets are only valid for redemption at the London Bridge Experience ticket office.

• The process of getting your ticket may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you face any problems while booking, please contact us via WhatsApp.
• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or lost items.

• For a full refund, you have to cancel 24 hours before the activity starts.
