How to get there?

• By bus: Take the buses No. 15, 42, 78, 100, and 343 to the Tower of London bus stop and walk for approximately 8 minutes.
• By metro: Take the London Tube to Tower Hill station via the Circle or District line, and walk for 5 minutes.

• Free entry for children aged between 0-4 years old.
• Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket.
• Children aged 18 or older will be charged the same rate as adults.
• The ticket is discounted for seniors over 65 years old and youth aged 16 and 17.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
• If your booking time is at 10:30 AM, you can enter the venue between 10:30 AM and 11 AM.
• If you arrive 30 minutes after your scheduled time, the admissions team will try to assign you to the next available tour. However, this is not guaranteed as the entire day may already be fully booked.
• Make sure tickets are available before booking.
• The ticket is valid for the specified date and time (if applicable).
• Re-entry is not allowed after leaving the venue.
• If you need assistance with accessing the passageways, stairs, and some surfaces, you can refer to the access guide if necessary.
• Wheelchair access is limited and not available to all areas because the place is historical and old. 
• There are no lockers for storing bags, so please arrange alternatives for large bags.
• Smoking and drinking are not allowed inside the venue, and staff have the right to ask you to leave immediately if you are caught doing so.
• You may take personal photographs, but you are not allowed to take photos for commercial purposes or for live broadcasting.
• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue.
• Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed.

Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Please show your mobile ticket at the entrance to redeem it.
• For groups of more than 6 people, please ensure that you print your ticket beforehand for scanning to enter. 

• The process of getting your confirmation message via email may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
