• Monday & Tuesday are off.

Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Enter the venue directly with your ticket. 

• The process of getting your ticket may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you face any problems while booking, please contact us via WhatsApp.
• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items.

• You can get a full refund if you cancel 24 hours before the activity starts.
