• By metro: Take the train to Waterloo Station, follow the South Bank exit sign, and walk towards the London Eye. 
• Shrek's Adventure is located next to the London Eye.

• Please note that children aged between 0 and 1 can join for free.
• Kindly, a paying adult must accompany children aged from 0 to 15 years old.
• Please note that children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults.
• For your information, 4The 4D bus ride is unsuitable for those with epilepsy, motion sickness, or asthma.
• Kindly note that reentry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
• Please note that this attraction is an interactive, 4D experience that uses a range of effects throughout, including loud noises, flashing lights, group participation, and intimate sets
• Note that this activity is accessible by stroller and wheelchair.

How to receive and redeem your ticket?

• Your tickets will be sent to your email as a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also access your tickets in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.
• Present your mobile ticket and enter the venue directly.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you have any issues during the booking, it is preferable to contact us via WhatsApp so we can better assist you.
• This activity is performed with the client's consent; Ootlah is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the activity.
