  • Saturday to Thursday: 10 AM to 10 PM.
  • Friday: 10 AM to 11 PM.

How to receive your ticket!

  • Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR-Code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
  • You can also find your ticket in " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

  • Saturday to Thursday: 10 AM to 10 PM.
  • Friday: 10 AM to 11 PM.

  • Entry to the Play Area.

  • This ticket is not valid on Funday Monday and the Play Area.
  • 500 Fils will be charged for the replacement of a lost or damaged card.
  • The place is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
  • A Power Card can be used at any Fun City store in Kuwait.
  • By purchasing this Powercard, the customer agrees to abide by all safety rules and regulations applicable to all rides and attractions.
  • Play and Ticket balance loaded onto the Power Card will be valid for 6 months from the date of use.
  • This card is for 1 person and can't be used by many people.
  • You will pay 500 fils for the card itself.

  1. Tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  2. The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
  3. In case of any problems, It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
  4. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
  5. This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
