• This private tour is available on Sunday and Wednesday.
• This experience is suitable for ages 5+.
• The level of this experience is easy or medium.
• Pickup time will be between 7 and 8 a.m, and drop off will be between 4 to 5 p.m.
• We offer a free transfer, pickup, and drop off from and to Kempinski, Mysk Hotel, Holiday Inn Muscat Airport, & Radisson hotels Hormuz Grand, Radisson Blu, Park Inn by Radisson, Chedi, W Hotel & Sheraton Hotel.
• Kindly note that you need to wear comfy, conservative clothes.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
