Beerose Chalet Rental: A Luxury Experience in Oman

• All week.
• Entry time is 1 pm and departure time is 10 am.

• The chalet contains the following:
  - One bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa turns into a bed.
  - Lounge.
  - Toilet.
  - Coffee and Tea Corner with Nespresso Coffee Machine.
  - Outdoor swimming pool.
  - An outdoor corner for the grill with a charcoal grill.
  - Outdoor seating area.
• Two water bottles.
• Two Nespresso capsules.
• Milk.
• Sugar, tea, and Nescafe.
• Two towels.
• soap, shampoo, and shower gel.
• WiFi.

• OMR 20 insurance is added to the total booking amount, and you can refund it within 24 hours of your departure from the chalet.
• Chalet bookings are for overnight stays only.
• The maximum capacity of the chalet is 5 people.
• The chalet does not have a chef.
• The swimming pool is heated.
• You can also book the chalet for holidays and official events.
• You can ask for two additional beds to be added at an additional cost.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
