Working hours

The dolphinarium opens from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Show times: 11 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM.
Swimming times: 12 PM, 3 PM, 6 PM
Closed every Wednesday.

Package excludes

Transfers to and from the place.

How to redeem your ticket

You will need to show your ticket through mobile at counter number 1 at the front.

Notes

The ticket will be available to use on the selected date and time only you have booked, which is written in the ticket.
Our tickets are specialised for foreigners only.
All the tickets are per person and include 7% VAT.
People with a height of 80 to 120 cm and not exceeding 12 years old will be treated as children.
If you buy a child ticket for your kids whose height exceeds 120 cm, you will have to buy an adult ticket instead of a child ticket before entering the show.
Free access to infants under the height of 80 cm and should be accompanied by an adult with no seats for them.
Please make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the show.
You can book all the above rates for tickets depending on their availability.

Notes about swimming with dolphins

It is only available for adults and kids from 6 years old.
As a swimmer, your weight shouldn’t exceed 100 kg, and if it happens, you will not be able to join all the parts of the activity.
There are some people who are not allowed to swim, which are: people with acute and chronic skin diseases, mental diseases, cardiovascular diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, helminthiasis, and other infectious diseases; people under the influence of a drug or alcohol; people with special needs and infantile cerebral palsy; and pregnant.
Make sure to keep your nails short.
You are not allowed to swim with any jewellery, hats, or glasses.

Policies

The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.

Cancellation Policies

You will get a full refund if you cancel your ticket at least 24 hours before show time, but in case of no shows, late cancellations, or arriving late, you will not get any refund.
