Notes

Be at the location 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time to complete the check-in procedure.
The minimum height allowed to participate is at least 110 cm, and you will have to sign a waiver if it’s your first time before the flow rider session to be able to enter.
It’s preferable to wear appropriate swimwear.
This activity is not suitable for pregnant women and people who suffer from the following:
- Any disabilities.
- Recent surgery or illness.
- Heart or neck or back conditions and bone ailments.
- High blood pressure or aneurysms.
- People under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
You can reschedule your session time based on our availability, but you have to inform us in advance.
Riders must be at a height of 110 cm at least for the bodyboard experience and over 133 cm for the standup experience on the FlowRider.
You have to bring a photo of your government identification to ride.
Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid photo of ID to sign off on their indemnity form.
Our tickets apply to all markets, including Thai.
The maximum number of people at each session is 12 (6 people per lane).
In the event that you arrive late (15 minutes), another rider may take your wave session during the same visit date and Flow House Bangkok does not guarantee a replacement session.
There are locker service deposit THB 100. Return the key to Flow Desk for deposit refund.
Towels are available for purchase. Flow House does not offer them for rent.

How to get there?

By train: Take BTS to Phrom Phong Station, get off at Exit 6, take a taxi or 20 minute walk to A-Square community mall
By metro: Take MRT to Queen Sirikit Convention Center Station, get off at Exit 1, take a taxi or 15 minute walk to A-Square community mall
By taxi: Charter a taxi to Sukhumvit Soi 26 until you see A-Square community mall

How to redeem your ticket

You will need to show your ticket on your mobile or as a printed copy at the ticket counter.
Each session starts promptly every hour, so please check in 15 minutes early before the session.

Policies

The process of receiving your ticket will take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
