Working hours

  • From Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 9 PM (last entry time at 8 PM).
  • Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 9 PM (last entry time at 8 PM).

Notes

  • The minimum height allowed to participate is at least 110 cm, and you will have to sign a waiver if it’s your first time before the flow rider session to be able to enter.
  • It’s preferable to wear appropriate swimwear.
  • This activity is not suitable for pregnant women and people who suffer from the following: 
  • Any disabilities.
  • Recent surgery or illness.
  • Heart or neck or back conditions and bone ailments.
  • High blood pressure or aneurysms.
  • People under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • You can reschedule your session time based on our availability, but you have to inform us in advance. 
  • Riders must be at a height of 110 cm at least for the bodyboard experience and over 133 cm for the standup experience on the FlowRider.
  • You have to bring a photo of your government identification to ride.
  • Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid photo of ID to sign off on their indemnity form.
  • Our tickets apply to all markets, including Thai.
  • The maximum number of people at each session is 12 (6 people per lane). 
  • In the event that you arrive late, another rider may take your wave session during the same visit date.

How to redeem your ticket

  • You will need to show your ticket on your mobile or as a printed copy at the ticket counter. 
  • Each session starts promptly every hour, so please check in 15 minutes early before the session. 

Policies

  • The process of receiving your ticket will take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
  • Don’t hesitate to send us your problem via WhatsApp to be able to help you.
  • This activity is done with the client’s permission so Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost item during the activity.
  • The ticket will be valid for 90 days after purchasing it.
