You can reschedule your session time based on our availability, but you have to inform us in advance.
Riders must be at a height of 110 cm at least for the bodyboard experience and over 133 cm for the standup experience on the FlowRider.
You have to bring a photo of your government identification to ride.
Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid photo of ID to sign off on their indemnity form.
Our tickets apply to all markets, including Thai.
The maximum number of people at each session is 12 (6 people per lane).
In the event that you arrive late, another rider may take your wave session during the same visit date.
You will need to show your ticket on your mobile or as a printed copy at the ticket counter.
Each session starts promptly every hour, so please check in 15 minutes early before the session.
The process of receiving your ticket will take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
