Pick-Up

• Choose your departure time: 06:45 AM or 11:45 AM.
• Please be ready 10 minutes before your chosen time.
• This is a shared transfer, so your pick-up may be slightly earlier or later.
• Don’t forget to enter your hotel name and address when booking. The team will confirm your exact pick-up time in advance.

Tour Duration: 3 Hours (Guided)

• Learn about the elephants and the sanctuary's mission.
• Prepare natural dietary supplements and help feed the elephants.
• Spend time interacting, playing, and taking photos with the elephants.
• Try the fun DIY Poop Paper activity — an eco-friendly and creative experience.
• Enjoy a relaxing mud spa with the elephants and cool off in the Elephant Shower.
• Take part in a quick and tasty Pad Thai cooking class.
• End your tour with a traditional Thai lunch and fresh seasonal fruit.

 Return Transfer

• Return options: 11:30 AM or 5:00 PM
• Shuttle will take you back to your hotel or personal address.
• Your return time depends on your selected departure and tour duration.

How to redeem your ticket

• You will need to show your ticket through mobile on the ticketing counter. 
• You will receive the actual pickup time via email. 
• Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier at the hotel lobby before the scheduled pick-up time.
