How to Get there? 

• By metro: T1 Tram. 

• Free admission for children aged 0 to 10 years.
• Please note that the opening and closing times of the palace are subject to change, so please check before going.
• An audio guide is available in the following languages: Chinese, English, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Korean, French, Italian, Urdu, Ukrainian, Persian, Dutch, Greek, and Bulgarian.
• Please note that hazardous materials and objects such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other items that may disturb other attendees are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
• Please note that re-entry is not allowed after leaving the place.
• The venue is not accessible to strollers or wheelchairs.
• Please keep in mind that you will need to deposit proof of identification to obtain the audio guide.
• Expect a strict security check before you can enter the palace.
• The ticket is only valid on the specified date and time if mentioned.

• Your ticket will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code 1 day prior to your participation date after confirming the booking.

• You can enter each attraction only once.
