Admission Ticket to Camlica Tower in Istanbul

• Please note that this activity is free for children aged 2 years and below. 
• Notice that children aged 3 years and above will be charged the same rate as adults. 
• Be aware that seating in the cafe or restaurant is subject to availability, and this is due to high demand. 
• Note that this activity is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs.
• Be advised that outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue. 
• Note that dangerous materials that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees 
  such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers are prohibited inside the venue.
• Notice that pets are not allowed inside the venue except service animals with valid identification.
• Please note that no refunds will be given to participants who appear intoxicated and may be refused entry or service.  
• Note that smoking and drinking are not allowed, and you will immediately be asked to leave if you are caught by a staff member.
• Note that guests can get their entry cards by going to the restaurant & cafe desk and saying their names when entering the Camlica Tower.
• Be aware that you may have to wait in line for security and elevators. 
• You can stay for an hour and a half at the observation decks.
• Please note that this is not a guided tour. 
• Please note that the host will only be available until the ticket scan, after which you will make your own way up to the summit.

How to receive and redeem your ticket? 

• Your ticket will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Please present your mobile ticket upon entry.

• In case of any problems, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced item. 
• The Ticket is valid only on the specified date and time, if applicable.

• You’ll get a full refund, if you cancel 48 hours before the activity starts.
