How to get there? 

• The best way to get there by car or a local taxi. And free parking is available. 

• Please note that children and infants must be included in the passenger count.
• Entry is free for children under 3 years old, provided they are accompanied by a ticket-purchasing adult. 
• Please be aware that an adult ticket must be purchased for children over 11 years old. 
• Please note that the operation of recreational facilities within The Land of Legends Theme Park may be affected by weather conditions and maintenance work. 
• The wristbands provided at entry must be worn at all times while in the park.
• Please be aware that storage facilities are available on-site. 
• The venue is accessible with strollers and wheelchairs. Wheelchair rentals are also available. 
• Please note that children wearing diapers must use leak-proof diapers. 
• Individuals with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnant women, and the elderly are not recommended to participate in the rides. 
• Please note that you must keep your arms, legs, and feet in a proper position and comply with all safety rules during the activity. 
• Bringing food and drinks from outside is strictly prohibited, but you can purchase them inside. 
• Bringing animals into the venue is prohibited. 
• Please note that running, jumping, diving headfirst, and sliding on knees are prohibited in activity zones and rides. 
• Wearing clothing or accessories containing zippers, buckles, or metals is not recommended.

Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your ticket will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code 1 day prior to your participation date after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Present your mobile ticket. 
• This ticket will be exchanged with a direct entry ticket at the attraction entrance.

• The process of getting your ticket may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced item.
• This ticket is valid only for the specified dates and times if mentioned.

• For a full refund, you have to cancel 24 hours prior to the starting date of the activity.
