• Coverage locations: Hotels in Central District 1 including, Ly Tu Trong, Le Thanh Ton, Truong Dinh, Nguyen An Ninh, Phan Boi Chau, Phan Chau Trinh, Luu Van Lang, Le Anh Xuan, Dong Khoi, Nguyen Hue, Thi Sach, Thai Van Lung, Mac Thi Buoi, Ho Huan Nghiep, Ton Duc Thang, Nguyen Thai Binh, Le Thi Hong Gam, and Ky Con Street. Except Da Kao Ward, and Tan Dinh Ward. 

Meet Up

• Time: 7:45 AM.
• Meet up point: 112 Trần Hưng Đạo Street, Cô Giang Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

• Note that the schedule might change because of traffic and weather conditions. 
• Notice that this activity requires at least 2 participants, if the minimum is not met, you have the option to reschedule or ask for a full refund. 
• Notice that hotel pick-up coverage locations will be from hotels in the central district only, except Da Kao Ward, Tan Dinh Ward 
• Be aware that this tour is free for children aged (0-2), as they will not occupy separate seats.
• Know that this booking is only valid on a specified date and time if mentioned.
• Please note that you should arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the departure time.
• Keep in mind that latecomers or no-shows will not get a refund.
• This is a shared transfer; pick-up could be earlier or later than scheduled.

How to receive and redeem your booking? 

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application. 
• Present your mobile ticket.

• The process of getting your confirmation message via email may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you face any problems while booking, please contact us via WhatsApp.
• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items.

• You can get a full refund in case of cancellation 48 hours before the activity starts. 
• The operator has the right to cancel the tour in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, so you have access to reschedule or request a full refund.
