Notes

• This pass is only valid for the daytime buses; the nighttime bus is not covered.
• To participate in this activity, you must present identification or a valid passport.
• Please select the foreign bundle if you are not Vietnamese.
• The entire loop lasts approximately 1 hour.

Notes

• The tour will be around Saigon by a double-decker hop-on hop-off bus. 
• You will only have the right to check in and check out one time only. 
• The bus starts every hour from 5 PM to - 9 PM.

• This ticket is valid only on the specified date and time if applicable.
• Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount. 
• Free entry for children up to 4 years old, who have to share the seat with their parents.
• You are not allowed to smoke or drink during the activity; you will be asked to leave the bus if caught by a staff member.
• Dangerous items that may disturb or inconvenience other people, like bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things, are not allowed on board. 
• The returning place of the tours will be the Opera House. 
• You have to know that the duration of each stop at the locations may vary and range from 15 to 30 minutes.
• In case of some weather conditions such as rainstorms, the open-top bus service will be suspended.
• Due to uncontrollable conditions, we have the right to change the routes and times of the tours and, in some cases, cancel the tour. 
• The itinerary and time of the tour may be changed depending on the traffic conditions.
• When entering the bus, passengers are allowed to choose any seat; they cannot be assigned.

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking confirmation in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Please present your mobile ticket and exchange it for a physical ticket at the Vietnam Sightseeing Kiosk (Saigon Opera House).

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
