• Guided tour, Cu Chi Tunnel, Arrive at Cu Chi tunnels, explore Cu Chi tunnels and walk past bomb craters.
• Return: Shuttle departs at 3:00 PM or 7:00 PM, depending on your selected departure time and tour duration.

• Kindly arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your pick-up time.
• Please note that the pickup is available from the hotels located in Central District 1 (Coverage Locations). Hotels in :

• Please provide your selected pick-up location to Ootlah’s team during the booking process.
• The operator will finalize the details and reconfirm your pick-up time in advance.
• Pick-up service is not available in certain areas:
• Da Kao.
• Tan Dinh Ward.
• If your accommodation is outside the designated pickup area, please proceed to the meet-up location instead.
• This is a shared transfer, so pick-up times may be slightly earlier or later than scheduled.
• Participants outside the coverage area must arrive at the meet-up location at least 15 minutes before departure.

• Kindly note that children aged 0–2 years can join for free as long as they do not occupy a separate seat.
• Please note that this activity accommodates 2–12 participants per group.
• A minimum of 2 participants is required. If the minimum is not met, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
• Kindly, latecomers or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund, so please arrive on time.

 Receive & redeem your booking

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your email as a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking confirmation in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.
• Present your mobile ticket.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you have any issues during the booking, please contact us via WhatsApp so we can better assist you.
• This activity is performed with the client's consent; Ootlah is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the activity.
• The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time, if applicable.
