• Free for children with a height of 99 cm or below. 
• Children with a height of 140cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults.
• The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time if applicable.

Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking confirmation in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Please present your mobile ticket and exchange it for a physical ticket at Suoi Tien Tourist Information Center.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• It’s better to contact us via Whatsapp if you face any problems to help you better.
