Sun World Fansipan Legend: Ticket to Fansipan Cable Car and Muong Hoa Monorail

• Muong Hoa Monorail: 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM.
• Fansipan Cable Car: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Fansipan peak rail (one-way go up): 8 AM to 4 PM. 
• (These times are subject to changes depending on the weather conditions).

• Admission to attractions. 
• Round-trip transfers between Sapa Station and Muong Hoa Station by monorail.
• Round-trip cable car ride between Hoang Lien Station and Fansipan Station.

• Personal expenses. 
• Round-trip transfers between Fansipan Station and Fansipan Peak by monorail.

How to get there? 

• By car: you can take a taxi or a private vehicle to the venue. 

• Free admission for children 99cm tall and below.
• Please be informed that refunds are not possible for latecomers or no-shows.
• Please be aware that this activity is not recommended for people with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnant women, and the elderly.
• It is best to wear or bring warm clothes as the weather is cold at noon in Fansipan.
• Please refer to the full route from Sapa Town to Fansipan Peak, to choose the most suitable service as follows:
• From Sapa Town to Hoang Lien Cable Car Station, take the Muong Hoa monorail departing from Sapa Station or take a taxi.
• From Hoang Lien Station to Fansipan Peak, take the cable car to Fansipan Station, then walk for 10-15 minutes to Fansipan Peak.

How to receive and redeem your ticket?

• Your ticket will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Enter directly to the venue with your ticket. 

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• It’s better to contact us via Whatsapp if you face any problems to help you better.
• Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity. You are fully responsible for yourself in the activity.
• The ticket is valid on the specified date and time if mentioned. 

• Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or rescheduled.
