• How to get there?
  • Sapa is a small town, we recommend getting there on foot or by taxi.
  • Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
  • Look for the guide holding a sign with your name on it.

• Notice that this tour is not recommended for pregnant women.
• Keep in mind that this activity is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. 
• Be aware that this activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility.    
• Note that this tour is free for children (0-4) years, 100 cm and below. 
• Be advised that group size in this tour is from 2 to 12 participants.  
• Note that children with a height of 140 cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults. 
• Please note that there is a surcharge table and all of them are payable in cash directly to the driver.    
• Notice that the holiday surcharge is 350.000 VND per person in the lunar new year, April 18, April 30, May 1, August 31, Sep 2, Dec 31, and Jan 1. 

 Receive & redeem your booking

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Present your mobile ticket.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you face any problems while booking, please contact us via WhatsApp so we can better assist you.
• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items.
• The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time, if applicable.

• You will get a full refund in case of cancellation 24 hours before the activity starts. 
• You have the right to reschedule or request a full refund if the operator cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances or severe weather conditions.
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded.
