How to get there? 

• By car: around 15 KM from SaPa town.

• Free admission for children 99cm and below.
• Please note that children 141 cm and above will be charged the same as adult fees. 
• Bringing food and drinks from outside is strictly prohibited. 
• Please note that dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, except for service animals with valid identification.
• Please note that re-entry to the venue after exiting is not allowed.
• Please note that smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the venue, and you will be asked to leave immediately if caught by a staff member.
• Please note that individuals who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service, and in this case, no refunds will be given.

How to receive and redeem your ticket?

• Your ticket will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Enter the venue directly with your ticket. 

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• It’s better to contact us via Whatsapp if you face any problems to help you better.
• Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity. You are fully responsible for yourself in the activity.
• The ticket is valid on the specified date and time if mentioned. 

• For a full refund, you have to cancel 72 hours prior to the starting date of the activity.
