Activity Description

You will enjoy stunning panoramic views of Hanoi’s landmarks from a great height at Sky Lotte Observation Deck, where heritage meets modernity in a breathtaking scene. Experience walking among the clouds on the Sky Walk, a transparent glass floor that offers a thrilling sensation.

Every day from 09:30 AM to 10:30 PM.
Last admission: 10:00 PM.

Entrance ticket to Lotte Observation Deck (located on the 65th floor).

How to get there?

For direct transport to Lotte Center Hanoi, use a local taxi or arrange a private vehicle.

There is no admission fee for children aged 2 and below.
This ticket can only be used on the scheduled date and time.
This activity welcomes strollers and wheelchair users.
Food and drinks are allowed inside the Lotte Observation Deck, except for those with a strong odour.
This activity is not suitable for individuals with acrophobia, vertigo, or cardiac conditions.
Visiting the observation deck between 17:00 and 18:00 is recommended for those who want to see the sunset and the city illuminated at night.
You'll find the ticket office on floor B1, which is at the corner of Lieu Giai and Dao Tan.
A passport is needed for verification upon entry.
Ensure your ticket is redeemed by 10 PM on the day of your visit.

Receive & redeem your ticket

Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
Please present your mobile ticket and your passport to enter.
Redeem your ticket for a physical pass at the ticketing counter located on floor B1 (located at Lieu Giai - Dao Tan corner).
Ensure your ticket is redeemed by 10 PM on the day of your visit.

The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
