Departure:

• 7:30 AM pickup from accommodations within Hanoi Old Quarter.

Experience:

• Visit Hoa Lu-Ninh Binh, which was the capital of Vietnam between the 10th and 11th centuries.
• Guided tour - visit the Temple of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang, Di sản Tràng An - Ninh Bình, and take a sampan boat trip to explore Trang An, Lam Cave, and Dai Cave.
• Lunch of traditional Ninh Binh dishes at a local restaurant.
• Guided tour, visit Hang Mua Cave and climb Mount Ngoa Long (Lying Dragon Mountain) to enjoy the scenic views.

Return:

• 5:30 PM includes transfer to the hotel/personal address.
• At approximately 7:30 PM, return to Hanoi, and the tour ends in Hanoi's Old Quarter.

• Please be aware that this tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs, so please make sure you are physically fit enough to participate in this tour.

• Participation in the tour is by bus.

• Please note that the minimum booking for this activity is 2 people and the maximum is 17 people. 
• It is recommended to wear comfortable and light clothing, preferably made of dry-fit material. 
• A full adult ticket is purchased for children over 9 years old. 
• Free participation for children under 4 years old as long as they do not occupy separate seats. 
• An adult who has purchased a ticket can bring one child for free, and a child ticket is purchased for each additional child.

How to receive and redeem your booking? 

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking confirmation in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Present your mobile ticket. 

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• It’s better to contact us via Whatsapp if you face any problems to help you better.
• Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity. You are fully responsible for yourself in the activity.

• For a full refund, you have to cancel 24 hours prior to the starting date of the activity. 
• You are entitled to a full refund or to reschedule the tour if the operator cancels the tour due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen events.
• In the event of cancellations due to force majeure or unforeseen events, refunds or changes to the tour date and time may be offered, subject to the operator's approval. In this case, Ootlah is not responsible for unapproved changes or refunds.
