Hoi An: Boat Tour in Hoai River with Free Lantern and Herbal Tea

• Daily: from 5 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Last admission is at 9 PM.

• Boat ride ticket for 10-15 minutes (private boat of max. 5 people).
• 1 Lantern per person.
• 1 Herbal tea per person.

• Please note that infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount. 
• Notice that participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service, and no refunds will be given.
• Keep in mind that this activity is not wheelchair accessible.
• Be aware that the last admission is 30 minutes before closing time. 

 Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Present your mobile ticket.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you face any problems while booking, please contact us via WhatsApp so we can better assist you.
• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items.
• The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time, if applicable.

• You will get a full refund in case of cancellation 24 hours before the activity starts. 
• You have the right to reschedule or request a full refund if the operator cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances or severe weather conditions.
