Hotel Pickup Information

• The operator will confirm the pickup time in advance.
• Please note that this is a shared transfer, so early or late pickups are possible.
• Please arrive in the hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
• Please provide us with your location when booking the activity.
• The pickup time for hotels located within Duong Dong Town is 8:00 AM.
• Please note that there is an additional charge payable in cash to the guide on-site for transfers to/from hotels located outside Duong Dong Town:
  • Hotels within Ong Lang Beach, Cay Sao, Ham Ninh areas: VND 100,000 per person.
  • Hotels within Cua Can and Vung Bau areas: VND 200,000 per person.
  • Hotels within Bai Dai and Ganh Dau areas: VND 400,000 per person.

• 8:00 AM: You will be picked up from your hotel by bus within Duong Dong town.
• Arrive at the harbour and board the speedboat.
• Stop at 3 islands in the South: 
•  Fingernail Island or May Rut Island: Relax and enjoy the beach.
• Gam Ghi Island: Snorkel and have lunch. 
• Roi Island: Visit the Seawalking Park (at your own expense).
• 3:00 PM: Arrive back at An Thoi port and transfer back to your hotel.

• Please note that children and infants are counted as passengers. 
• Children 140 cm and above will be charged as adults. 
• Please note that the tour requires a minimum of 4 people. If the number is not reached, you can reschedule or request a full refund. 
• Please note that the ticket is only valid on the specified dates and times if mentioned. 
• Please note that the tour schedule is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions. 
• This activity is not recommended for people with limited physical mobility.

• No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows. 
• Please note that there is an additional charge of VND 120,000 per adult and VND 84,000 per child payable if the participation date is on a public holiday, payable on site.

 Receive & Redeem Your Booking

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking confirmation in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Present your mobile ticket. 

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• It’s better to contact us via Whatsapp if you face any problems to help you better.
• Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity. You are fully responsible for yourself in the activity.

• For a full refund, you have to cancel 24 hours prior to the starting date of the activity.
• The operator has the right to cancel the tour in case of extreme weather or unforeseen events, and if it happens you have the right to reschedule the tour or request a full refund.
