• Please note that admission is free for kids 99 cm tall and below. 
• Keep in your mind that the voucher is valid only in a specified date and time.
• Notice that the last admission is 1 hour before closing. 
• Note that you can get your free time guide and check performance schedules at the ticket counter. 

How to receive and redeem your ticket? 

• Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application. 
• Enter the venue directly with your ticket. 

• The process of getting your ticket via email may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you face any problems while booking, please contact us via WhatsApp.
• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items.
