• Provide your address during booking with Ootlah team through WhatsApp for hotel pickup.
• Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes before your departure time at the designated location: (143 Tran Hung Dao, Duong Dong Town, Phu Quoc Island, Kien Giang). You can also refer to the location Map for guidance.
• The best way to reach the meet-up location is by taking a local taxi.
• Please note that surcharges for pickup outside the service areas must be paid in cash directly to the driver:
  • VND 115,000 per person for hotels in Ong Lang Beach and Ganh Gio Beach
  • VND 230,000 per person for hotels in Cua Can Beach, Vung Bau area, Intercontinental Phu Quoc, Marriott Phu Quoc, and An Thoi Town
  • VND 460,000 per person for hotels in Bai Dai Beach and Vinpearland Phu Quoc
• This is a shared transfer; pick-up could be earlier or later than scheduled.
• Please arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick-up time.
• The schedule may change depending on traffic and weather conditions.
• Certain attractions might be skipped due to capacity or weather.

• Please note that the menu changes seasonally.
• Kindly know that children aged 0 - 4 can join this activity free of charge.
• Please be aware of an extra charge of 30,000 VND payable directly on-site when travelling on the following dates:
  • 31 Dec 2024 – 01 Jan 2025.
  • 28 Jan – 03 Feb 2025.
  • 29 Apr – 02 May 2025.
  • 1st -2nd of Sep 2025.
  • 31 Dec 2025. 

 Receive & Redeem Your Booking

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your email as a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking confirmation in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.
• Present your mobile ticket. 

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you have any issues during the booking, it is preferable to contact us via WhatsApp so we can better assist you.
• This activity is performed with the client's consent; Ootlah is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the activity.
• The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time, if applicable.

• You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the activity starts.
