How to get there?

• By bus: Free bus that operates by vinpearl. 

• Free admission for children with a height of 99 cm or below. 
• Keep in mind that children with a height of 140 and above, will be charged the same rate as adults. 
• Note that outside food isn’t permitted in Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc, except baby food 
• But you can get the best food from restaurants inside the park such as Flamingo, Rhino, and Giraffe.
• Be aware that it’s better to begin your visit to Vinpearl Safari in the morning to maximize your time and overall enjoyment.
• Keep in mind that you should wear a mask during your visit in compliance with COVID-19 prevention measures. 
• Please note that visitors accompanied by seniors, can purchase an electric car ticket at the entrance.
• Please note that the last admission is 1 hour before closing. 
• It is preferable to wear a hat, comfortable attire, and suitable walking shoes, and apply sunscreen before the activity. 

You can enjoy some extras with extra fees 

• Giraffe or Elephant feeding is for 30,000 VND per set.
• A 1-hour VIP zoo tour is for 1,500,000 VND per tour.
• Taking pictures with animals at the Multi Animal Show is for 50,000 per person, per turn. 

How to receive and redeem your ticket? 

• Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Enter the venue directly with the ticket.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

• The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time, if applicable.
