• Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue, so plan accordingly.

• Please note that children with a height of 99 cm or below can enter for free.

Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your ticket will be sent to your email as a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket confirmation in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.
• Present your mobile ticket to exchange it for a physical ticket.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
