• Free entry for children under 130 cm.
• Children who are 130 cm or taller will be charged the adult rate.
• No swimming skills are needed to join, as the operator offers top-quality safety equipment and skilled instructors to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Bringing outside food and beverages is not permitted.
• Bringing pets is not allowed.
• Use your ticket on the specified date and time. 

Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Please present your mobile ticket to enter the resort.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you face any problems while booking, please contact us via WhatsApp so we can better assist you.
• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items.

• You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of the activity.
• If unexpected events or severe weather arise, the operator has the authority to cancel the booking. In this situation, you can either reschedule or request a full refund.
• Participants who show signs of intoxication may be denied service, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
