How to receive your ticket!

  • Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR-Code directly to your email after confirming the booking.

  • Big Rides contains adult games such as Super Spin and Air Racer.
  • Kiddie Rides have games suitable for young kids such as the moving train and the unicorn.
  • Redemption and Novelty games consist of games that enable you to get tickets to replace them with gifts.
  • Balls and Walls includes more than 15 different games you can choose from, such as Angry Bird Smash and Ice Cream Factory. 
  • Video games.

Notes

  • By purchasing this Power Card, that means you agree to abide by all safety rules and regulations applicable to all rides and attractions.
  • The power card’s credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchasing.
  • The terms and conditions may change inside the stores. 
  • This ticket is not valid on “Funday Tuesday” and “the Play Area.”
  • There are 5 AED you have to pay in case of replacement of lost or damaged cards.
  • Fun City is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
  • You can use your Power Card at any Fun City, Fun Ville, Fun Works, or Tridom in UAE.

Policies

  1. This Ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  2. The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
  3. In case of any problems, It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
  4. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
  5. This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
