• All participants must carry their passports during the tour.
• Ladies are required to wear long, loose-fitting clothing and ensure that their arms, legs, and heads are covered at all times.
• A black abaya can be borrowed from the tour operator.
• Men must cover the area above the knee and their arms.
• Please note that men will not be provided with clothing during the tour.
• Failure to comply with dress code rules may result in denial of entry.
• If Qasr Al Watan is closed for presidential events, the visit will be replaced with a visit to Qasr Al Hosn or Heritage Village.
• The tour duration includes transfers from and to the hotel.
• Please note that Sheikh Zayed Mosque is not open for visits during Islamic events.
• Do not book the tour on a Friday if you have a flight scheduled on the same day, as the drop-off time may vary due to traffic.
• Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque remains open until 7:00 PM on Fridays.
• The tour does not include lunch.
• Please be aware that restaurants may not be open during the month of Ramadan, so it is advisable to bring your own food.
• Transfers are complimentary from Dubai city hotels, apartments, Dubai Cruise Terminal, and Rashid Port, as well as transfers from Dubai Airport to Holiday Inn Airport hotel.
• Transfers from Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, and Jebel Ali are available at an additional cost.
