6.  Ice and Floe’s Toboggan Race.
7. Graupel’s Summit Escape.

• Sunday to Thursday: 10 AM to 10 PM.
• Friday and Saturday: 10 AM to midnight.

• Children under the age of 2 are not permitted to enter Snow Abu Dhabi.
• Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• Kids under the age of 13 have to wear helmets for their safety.
• Please bring your ID card or passport to be able to enter.

There are some age and height restrictions on rides:

Drift’s Downhill Run and Snow Hare’s Bunny Hill

• Minimum height of 0.9 m.
• Maximum height of 1.2 m.

The Crystal Carousel and Polar Express

• Minimum height restriction of 1.05 m.

The tree slide

• Minimum height restriction of 1.1 m.

Ice & Floe’s bumper tubes

• Minimum height restriction of 1.2 m.

The Flight of the Snowy Owl

• Height restriction of 1.2–2.0 m.
• Weight restriction of 30–120 kg.

The Troll Bowl

• Minimum height restriction of 1.25 m.
• Graupel’s Summit Escape and Ice & Floe’s

Toboggan Race

• Height restriction of 1.25 m to 2.0 m.
• Weight restriction of 40–100 kg.
• Riders below 1.05 m must be accompanied by an adult.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• You have to cancel your ticket at least 72 hours before the scheduled date to be able to get a full refund. 
• You will not get a refund in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Rescheduling is not avaliable for this activity.
