• Entry ticket to the park & access to most rides and attractions.

• Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM.
• Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 8 PM.

• Saturday to Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
• Friday “Ladies Day only” from 1 PM to 10 PM.

• Daily from 10 AM to 6 PM.

• Monday to Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM.
• Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM.
• Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM.
• Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM.

• Please bring a printed copy of the e-ticket and an ID to enter.
• The ticket allows you a one-time entry to the park.
• Please arrive early as we apply entry conditions based on capacity.
• Free admission for children under 3 years old.
• Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• You may be asked to show your ID to prove your age.
• Please note that the ticket becomes invalid if altered or damaged.
• Please note that some attractions, games, and shows may not be available during your visit.
• Please note that entering the park is at your own risk and we are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage you may incur.
• Please note that you may be disallowed from entering the park or asked to leave for any reason.
• Please note that each ride has height restrictions determined by the park, so please check the website before visiting.
  Please note that all tickets are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.
• Entry is by fingerprint or facial recognition for this type of ticket.
• Please note that tour guides are not allowed to scan tickets on behalf of guests.
• Please note that the Formula Rossa and Karting Academy rides are currently unavailable at Ferrari World.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Rescheduling is not applicable for this package.

• For a full refund, you have to cancel 48 hours prior to the booking date.
