• You are not allowed to bring any lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers, but you can keep them in a special room.
• You have to reach the main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) and get your ticket before entering any of the Dubai Mall attractions, after that, you can proceed to the attraction and show your printed ticket to confirm your booking. 
• In case you didn’t attend or arrive late, you will not be able to get a refund.
• We care that all of our products are clean according to the legislation requirements of Covid-19

• For a full refund you have to cancel 72 hours prior to the booking date, Bookings within the 72-hour are Non-Refundable.
• If you attend one of the two activities only (visiting Burj Khalifa- Dinner at the Cafe), you will not be able to cancel the second activity or get a refund.
