• Guest name on the voucher has to be the same as in their passport, otherwise the attraction is unable to accept the voucher and no refund will be offered.
• Guests must bring their passport.
• For safety reasons, Skydive Dubai requires each tandem jump customer to meet both the weight and BMI requirements listed below:
• Women Weight: max 90.0 kg/ 198.0 lbs or less. BMI: 27.5 or less.
• Men Weight: max. 100.0 kg/220 lbs or less. BMI: 30.0 or less.
• There is no minimum weight requirement in order to be eligible to skydive.
• Guests will be weighed (with their shoes and clothes on) as they check in for the experience.
• Guests should be between 18 and 69 years old but older guests must download and fill out the Declaration of Fitness form prior to their arrival at the location and the form must be completed and signed and stamped by a doctor.
• Agents can reschedule bookings within one year, given that notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the experience.

4. No show to your book time slot will be charged.
5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.

9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

1- No-shows will be fully charged.

2- Refunds are not given at these cases:

• Not meeting the age or weight/BMI requirements.
• Not showing up on time.
• Arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• If a guest has been scuba diving within 24 hours before the skydive.
