In the tour, you will visit and watch the stunning Dolphin Bay Lagoon and be surrounded by magical landscapes. You can get your money back only when you have a voucher with the booked date without any changes in the date. And to recover your voucher and money, you have to come with a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name you used when booking.
You have to arrive at least 5 minutes before the trip time. as if you are late 15 minutes after the trip, you will not be able to join us.
Please note that the time you have reserved is not for the activity itself, but rather for the required check-in.
All ages 8 and up are welcome for this trip. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.
The maximum number is 6 participants at a time.
If you are pregnant please ask your doctor if you can join us.
For the protection of our animals, cameras, jewelry, hair accessories, and other loose items are not permitted in the water.
Photos are not included in the Dolphin Kayak however they can be purchased at the Photo Counter.
Please be aware that there may be long lines for the rides at Aquaventure during peak times like school breaks, winter or Easter vacations. The AquaeXpress can be purchased at the park's entrance or at the guest service kiosk, depending on stock.
All of our tools are operated in line with local Covid-19 legislation requirements.
The trip includes 10 minutes of preparation time and 20 minutes in the water.
You have to wear our provided life jacket.
It's up to you if you don’t want to wear our Wetsuits and neoprene vests.
