The participants must be 6 Years old and above to participate in this activity.
The participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by adults.
Redemption of the voucher is only allowed on the specified event date, and amendments to the date are not permitted.
To redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or ID that matches the name used during the booking process.
If you don’t present a valid form ID you will not be able to enter and no refund will be issued.
Make sure that you check in 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour start time.
It is highly recommended to wear comfortable footwear during the tour.
The experience includes a 45-minute to hour tour of The Lost Chambers and a backstage area.
Capturing photos is not allowed in some places, so please consult the marine guide during the tour before taking photos.
The Back of House has strong fish fumes, so it is not suitable for pregnant ladies or sensitive people from this environment.
