You can find available seats that suit wheelchairs in the silver, gold, and platinum sections only, not the bronze section.
You have to show your valid e-ticket to get in.
You have to bring a valid photo ID, such as a government-issued ID, to make sure that your name on it matches the name of the person who bought the ticket.
For the security and safety of both, the visitors and the artists, latecomers will be allowed in at the proper place.
We will redeem all vouchers at our official outlet only, and you will have to pay any extra fees that exceed the cost of the voucher.
You can use your ticket only at a specific date and time that are mentioned on it.
If you change the date of the show to another date, you will have to pay extra fees for that.
When you buy your ticket, it means that you agree to our terms and conditions.
You can’t refund, change, or transfer your ticket for any reason.
We are not responsible if you cause any damage to your ticket that could make it invalid to use or if you lose it anywhere.
This show is not suitable for kids under the age of 2.
For people under the age of 18, you have to be accompanied by an adult.
In the case of reselling your ticket or using it for any different causes, such as advertising, promotion, or commercial benefits, we will cancel your ticket immediately without any written notice.
According to the industry standards of performance, our show will have to be paused for a break throughout the year as the following:
- From Sun 2 Jun to Mon 17 Jul and will back on Thu 20 Jul (changeable).
- From Sun, 1 Oct, to Mon 9 Oct, and will be back on Tue, 10 Oct (changeable).
You are only allowed to eat and drink things that are sold inside the theater.
You can only enter the VIP lounge before the show if you have booked a VIP ticket.
You have to accept all the risks of the live show and also accept that our artists can be changed at any time.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses that will happen to La Perle or Al Habtoor Theatre, such as event cancellations.
We have the complete right to evict or prevent people from entering the show who may have any bad influence on the place or other people at the show without any refund.
Once you buy your ticket, that means that you agree to be searched for any prohibited things, such as weapons and dangerous tools.
It's not allowed to take photos, use flash, or use laser pointers in the theater.
