• You will get a call from our specialist to confirm your seat.
• Our wheelchair seats are only available in the silver, gold, and platinum sections.
• It’s necessary to show your e-ticket to enter the theater.
• Please bring a valid photo ID, such as a government-issued ID, to make sure that your name on it matches the name of the person who bought the ticket.
• Latecomers will be allowed to get in at a proper place to make sure that our artists and visitors are secure.
• All vouchers will be redeemed at our official outlet only. Pay any extra fees if needed.
• Your ticket is only valid on a specific date and time.
• You agree to our terms and conditions once you buy your ticket.
• You can’t refund, change, or transfer your ticket for any reason.
• We are not responsible if you cause any damage to your ticket that could make it invalid to use or if you lose it anywhere.
• Our show doesn't suit kids under the age of 12.
• It’s not allowed for people under the age of 18 to come without an adult.
• If you resell your ticket or use it for any reason, such as advertising or promotion, we will have to cancel your ticket immediately.
• Our program will need to take a break during the year due to the performance criteria as the following:

• From Sun 2 Jun to Mon 17 Jul and will back on Thu 20 Jul (changeable).
• From Sun, 1 Oct, to Mon 9 Oct, and will be back on Tue, 10 Oct (changeable).

• It's not allowed to bring food from the outside; you can just buy things that are sold inside the theater.
• You can only enter the VIP lounge before the show if you have booked a VIP ticket.
• You have to know that our artists can be changed at any time.
• We are not responsible for any damages or losses that will happen to La Perle or Al Habtoor Theatre, such as event cancellations.
• We have the full right to eject or bar anyone from the show who might harm the venue or other attendees without providing a refund.
• By purchasing a ticket, that means that you agree to be searched for any prohibited things, such as weapons and dangerous tools.
• It's not allowed to take photos, use flash, or use laser pointers in the theater.

2. No refund or cancellation policy.

4. No show to your book time slot will be charged.
5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.

9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.
