• The tour is weather-dependent, so it may be cancelled by the tour provider for safety reasons.
• In case of cancellation by the tour provider due to weather conditions, the visit will be rescheduled or a full refund of the ticket price will be provided.
• The Dubai balloon operates at an altitude of up to 300 metres.
• The duration of the flight is 10 minutes, and a safety briefing is provided before the flight.
• The flight may take longer due to queue loading and off-loading.
• Operating hours from 12 pm to 12 am.
• It is recommended to wear comfortable and casual clothing such as shorts, shirts, and dresses.
• If you are visiting Aquaventure Waterpark, you can experience the balloon ride in swimwear allowed by the waterpark.
• Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed in this experience but must have a braking system or lock to prevent unsecured movement during the flight.
• Wheelchairs are available on-site and can be used throughout the duration of the flight.
• You should proceed to the ticketing office at the Avenues at Atlantis to obtain your wristband, which grants you access to the attraction area.
• An adult must accompany children under 18 years old.
• Every adult ticket holder can avail free entry for an infant under three, with age verification required upon entry.
• All tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Free admission to infants under 3 years old.
