  Before entering levels 124 and 125 of Burj Khalifa, you have to approach the main counter (LG level, Dubai Mall) and get your ticket to be able to enter the Dubai Mall Emaar Attractions, and after that, you can proceed to the attraction desk and show your printed ticket to confirm your booking.
• It will take 60 minutes to explore Sky Views.
• You can access sky views through the Address Sky View. Enter the hotel through Tower 1, which is next to the resident entrance. Adjacent to the Dubai Metro and the public walkway system, it is situated at the junction near Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Mall.
• For companies that want to book with us, you can only book 90 days before the actual visit date because we currently have a 90-day availability-booking window.

• You have to cancel your ticket at least 24 hours before the booked date to be able to get a full refund.
• You can’t cancel or refund your ticket in case you attend one of the two activities of the combo deal (Burj Khalifa - Sky Views).
