• It's not allowed to bring your food or beverages to the camp.
• Kindly note that one of our staff members will ask to check your ID card to ensure compliance with the rules.
• If you need to take the leftovers, we will provide you with containers. Kindly know that we are not responsible for damage to the food.
• Kindly inform us when you book if you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or other medical conditions.
• The package provides vegetarians with gluten-free and lactose-free products, kindly confirm with us if you need 48- hours before the time of the trip.
• We will try to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
• If you have any severe allergies or medical conditions, we will make an exception for you to bring your food or not attend the event.
• We have certified first aid personnel on the place of the trip.
• We have special seats for children, maybe we refuse children for safety if these seats are not available for your safety, but we will do our best to provide seats.
• It's not allowed for Pregnant women in the third trimester to participate in this activity for safety reasons.
• Kindly note that our vehicles are equipped with dash cameras that record high-definition audio and video, and these records may be used for legal, security, and training staff.
• If you have any transfer issues, kindly inform us to arrange a proper vehicle and provide you with weather conditions.
• For your safety, we may refuse some people with disabilities.
• Kindly take care during camel riding, as it's your own risk.
• It's your responsibility to attend to the desert after your payment.
• The company is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, delays, or damages during the experience.
• The Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve is a safe area aimed to protect animals and plants. So everyone should follow these rules:

-  If anyone cuts or causes any damage to a plant, we will consider it as a crime. 

-  Touching, feeding, or interfering in any way with any activity that disturbs the peace of an animal, causes harm to it, disrupts its movement, or affects its habitat or breeding grounds within the sanctuary is considered a crime.

-  Bringing domestic animals into the Dubai Biodiversity Preserve is considered a crime. Therefore, no animals will be allowed to enter the sanctuary for any purpose.

-  Strictly prohibited is the entry of goats, sheep, cows, chickens, pigeons, domestic dogs, cats, monkeys, donkeys, and mules.

-  It's totally prohibited to throw garbage, cigarette butts, food, cans, or any items that cause damage or negative effect on the environment.

-  It is prohibited to climb the trees in the Oasis near the desert.  

-  All guests, employees, suppliers, or vendors must respect the local laws, regulations, and guidelines.

-  Regarding the United Arab Emirates, behaviours such as excessive displays of emotions and sexual acts in public areas are surely prohibited.

-  There are toilets in all places of our camps, so urinating is prohibited, so please respect our guests.

-  Fireworks are forbidden.

-  lights towards the sky in a direct way is prohibited.

-  It's not allowed to bring fresh plants.

-  Decoration and dismantling must be done on the same day according to working hours.

-  Kindly respect the specified working hours at the Dubai Biodiversity Preserve.

-  It is not allowed to release any items from the camp that can be carried by the wind to other places, such as coloured paper, balloons, and paper lanterns.

-  A registered Bedford 4x4 truck must be used for large and heavy installation equipment in the camp.

-  You need to pay 20 AED to enter the sanctuary.  

-  A list of all equipment/materials/products or external supplier/employee items must be submitted for approval by the Dubai Biodiversity Preserve at least 7 days before the event date.

-  Kindly note that you will charge 200 AED. In the case of any damaged or lost equipment in any form, it depends on the situation established by your event manager.

-  Kindly note that the company is not responsible for any belongings or properties that may be lost, stolen, or damaged by a third party during the event. So you are fully responsible for your belongings. 

- If the company finds items in our camps will be kept for 12 months, and you must inform us if you lose any stuff.

-  Any unclaimed items will be disposed of after 12 months from the date of discovery and handed over to charitable organizations.

-  We are not responsible to the maximum capacity permitted by law for any damage, loss, accident, illness, injury, or death of any person resulting from the event.

-  The company advises you to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance.

-  You are fully responsible for your personal luggage.  

-  By confirming the booking, kindly note that you are fully responsible for confirming these rules and conditions.

3. Please arrive on time.
4. No show to your book time slot will be charged.
5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
8. It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

• Kindly note that strict cancellation fees will be taken if you fail to attend a previously booked experience at any of our camps.
• If the number of guests is less than 6, you can cancel up to 72 hours prior to the booking date and be eligible for a full refund.
• If the number of guests is 6 or more, you can cancel up to 7 days prior to the booking date and be eligible for a full refund.
• All cancellations occurring after the cutoff time will be considered no-shows, and a full cancellation fee will be charged in these cases.
• Kindly note that we are not responsible if the event is cancelled due to decisions and actions of government or military authorities, or force majeure circumstances.
• Our camps require a minimum of 20 guests to operate for booked events, and if this minimum number of guests is not reached on any particular date, we reserve the right not to operate on that day.
• If the camp you have booked cannot operate on your booking day, you will be contacted and offered the following options:

1. Change the date of your booking for the same venue.
2. Change the venue of your booking for the same day, if available.
