• Availability to enter Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium.

• All days from 10 AM to 6PM.

• Towels and lockers aren’t included in the ticket price.
• The ticket didn’t include beverages or meals.
• Souvenir photos aren't included in the ticket price.

• It’s not allowed for visitors to bring food, beverages, alcohol, and glassware.
• It’s allowed to wear swimwear but It’s not acceptable  to wear transparent bathing suits, underwear, denim, and very loose clothing such as abaya, and dishdash.
• The team has a right to check all visitor’s bags before entering.

• Diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction areas.
• Visitors must keep their wristbands in their hands to visit the Lost Chambers and Aquarium.
• Keep in mind that the waiting line may be long in the high seasons such as school, winter, and easter holidays so kindly buy the AquaXpress can be purchased at the entrance or the guest service kiosk inside the park.
• Entrance is free for children 2 years and younger.
• The ticket for adults is available for people who are 3 feet 11 inches (120 cm) or taller.
• Kindly check the website before your visit because of any changes in working hours.
• In temporary situations, we must close the area such as inclement weather.
• The ticket price can’t be refundable.
• Note that Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm.
